Airish is the founder of the company and the person responsible for keeping everything connected. She works directly with clients to improve operations, build systems, manage projects, oversee workflows, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Her experience spans project management, executive support, media buying and advertising, CRM systems, automations, reporting, client success, team coordination, and business operations. Over the years she has helped agencies, service businesses, and owners create more structure, improve accountability, and gain better visibility into their operations.

Her focus is helping founders spend less time managing chaos and more time growing their business.

Georgie supports the day to day coordination that keeps work organized and visible. She helps with reporting, documentation, task tracking, follow ups, and operational support, making sure the team has the information it needs and important action items don't get lost.
